Augusta University has announced its 2026–27 basketball promotional calendar, combining home games with education, community and appreciation events. The women open their home schedule against Emmanuel on November 18 at 5 p.m. The men follow with their home opener against Newberry on November 21 at noon.
Home openers and ticket options
Christenberry Fieldhouse will host events including Faculty and Staff Night, Military Appreciation, Family Day and cancer awareness programming. The schedule also includes education games and Senior Night. Augusta announced free Junior Jaguar Club membership for the season alongside the promotional calendar.
New ticket options include a $99 flex plan with 12 general admission passes that can be divided among home games. Adults pay $10 for general admission, while children ages 6–17, seniors 65 and older, and military personnel with valid identification pay $7. Augusta faculty and staff with a valid university identification card, along with children 5 and younger, receive free admission.
GSB Take
The flexible ticket option is the most practical addition for fans who cannot commit to every home date. Promotions can introduce families and school groups to the teams, but repeat attendance depends on a good experience inside the building. Augusta has given supporters several entry points into the season, and the home openers will be the first chance to turn that interest into a regular habit.
